AI Enablement

Every company has to move to AI. The winners move fast, and move safe.

One obsession: turning AI from a company-wide anxiety into real, measurable business results. Fast to value, built to last.

We help companies adopt AI quickly, where it actually pays, on a future-proof architecture with the right security, at an effort and cost they can sustain. Speed is everything. But speed without foundations is just a faster way to fail.

The real AI challenge, and why most get it wrong

Everyone is using AI. Almost nobody is winning with it.

Around nine in ten companies now use AI somewhere, yet only a small fraction, reportedly around 8%, capture real value. The failures are almost never about the model. They are about data, architecture, security, and above all people.

Speed is the priority, foundations make it last

We move fast, but we have seen what happens when speed is the only goal: shadow AI, leaked data, spiralling costs and a stack you rip out in a year. So we go fast on purpose, with the right security built in from day one.

Not a consultancy deck, not an IT project

A consultancy hands you a roadmap and leaves. An IT team sees infrastructure and misses the business. Real enablement needs deep technical knowledge and real business experience across change, adoption, process and cost, in one team.

A partner for the whole journey

You do not need a one-off project. You need a future-proof partner who helps you grow into AI at a sustainable pace and cost, and stays as the technology keeps changing every quarter.

This is the Wise Pirates way, aimed at your business results. It connects to Digital & AI Consultancy, Process Automation & Agentic AI, SEO & GEO and Marketing Automation & CRM. Figures are benchmarks, not guarantees.

Where AI actually pays

The fastest path to value is one concrete workflow.

We start there, not with a year-long program: aim, prove, then scale.

Opportunity & readiness assessment

The workflows where AI creates value fast, prioritized by impact and effort, and an honest read on your data, tools, skills and security, each tied to a number.

AI strategy & roadmap

A sequence that does quick wins first then compounds them, with the honest build, buy or blend call, scoped to a budget and pace you can sustain.

Use cases & rapid pilots

Content and marketing (including SEO & GEO), customer service and reporting, piloted in weeks on real data with a clear success metric, scaling what works.

Built to last

What separates AI that lasts from AI you rebuild next year.

Data foundation & future-proof architecture

Clean, governed first-party data on a model-agnostic architecture, so you can switch or combine models and vendors as the market moves, scaling without the bill running away.

Agentic AI & process automation

Agents that execute multi-step tasks with guardrails and a human accountable, built with our Process Automation & Agentic AI team, measured on time and cost saved.

Change management & adoption

Where most AI investments quietly die. Role redesign, onboarding and AI built into the actual workflow, tracked until the behaviour sticks. Adoption is the ROI.

Security, governance & compliance

The half most providers skip, and the half that decides whether you can move fast without regret.

Security by design

ISO 27001
  • Data protection, access control and safe integration
  • So AI never becomes your biggest leak

AI governance

ISO 42001, EU AI Act
  • Clear rules for how AI is used and where humans stay in control
  • No shadow AI, no unsanctioned data use

Responsible and compliant

On rails
  • Guardrails that keep you fast and on the right side of regulation
  • Plus AI literacy and capability that compounds in your team

Move fast, yes. But on rails, so speed never turns into a breach or a headline.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we hear most.

What is AI enablement?
AI enablement is the full process of helping a company adopt and scale AI so it delivers real business results, not isolated experiments. It spans finding where AI pays, building the data foundation and architecture, putting AI and agents into real workflows, securing and governing it, and, crucially, getting people to actually adopt it. It is broader than buying a tool and deeper than a strategy deck, because value only appears when technology, process, security and people move together.
Why do most AI projects fail?
Because the hard part is rarely the model. Industry research suggests roughly nine in ten companies use AI somewhere, yet only a small share capture real value, and most projects miss their promised return. The usual causes are organizational, not technical: poor data quality, missing skills, workflows that never changed, weak security and, above all, low adoption. Reportedly only around a third of organizations invest properly in change management. We focus on exactly those failure points, which is why our AI actually gets used.
How can we adopt AI fast without creating security or cost problems?
By going fast on purpose, on the right foundations. We start with one high-value, measurable workflow to create quick wins, but we build on a future-proof, model-agnostic architecture with security designed in from day one. That avoids the two classic traps: moving so slowly you lose the moment, and moving so recklessly you create shadow AI, data leaks and runaway license costs. Speed and safety only conflict when security is an afterthought, so we never make it one.
Why not just use a management consultancy or our IT team?
Because AI enablement needs both business and technical depth in the same team, and most options only have one. A traditional consultancy hands you a roadmap and leaves before implementation. An IT team can stand up infrastructure but often misses the business impact on change, adoption, process and cost. Real enablement requires people who can build the technology and understand what it does to the organization. That combination is rare, and it is exactly what we bring.
Is AI enablement only for SMB?
No, but it is designed with SMBs first. We built AI Enablement as a full, end-to-end service mainly with smaller and mid-sized companies in mind, because they gain the most from moving fast, feel cost and speed most acutely, and the complete journey fits them best. It is not only for them, though. We also work with large companies on specific parts of the process, a readiness assessment, a secure architecture, an adoption program or a set of high-value use cases, wherever they need the mix of technical and business depth we bring. Full service for SMBs, targeted help for larger organizations.
How much does AI enablement cost?
It depends on scope, but the model is built to be affordable and to pay for itself. Cost is reportedly the number one barrier to AI adoption, so we deliberately start small: a focused assessment and one high-value pilot, priced to prove value quickly, then scale only what works. We keep ongoing cost under control with model-agnostic architecture that avoids vendor lock-in and runaway license fees. The aim is a sustainable effort and cost curve, where early wins fund the next steps, rather than a large upfront bet.
Which AI use cases should we start with?
Start where payback is fast and measurable, not where the hype is loudest. For most companies that means repetitive, high-volume work: content and marketing, customer service, data analysis and reporting, and internal workflows that eat time. We map your specific opportunities, pick one with a clear metric, and prove it in a short pilot before scaling. One workflow that clearly pays beats a dozen impressive experiments that never move a number.
How do we get our employees to actually use AI?
By treating adoption as the main event, not an afterthought. Reportedly most AI budgets go to technology while most of the real problem is people, and companies that invest in their people see far higher usage. We design for adoption with role clarity, hands-on training, honest communication about impact, and AI built into the actual workflow rather than bolted on beside it. Then we track real usage and adjust until the behaviour sticks. A tool nobody opens returns nothing, so this is where we spend real effort.
How do you measure the ROI of AI enablement?
By tying every initiative to a business metric from the start and proving it in production. Depending on the use case, that means revenue growth, cost and time saved, faster processes, higher conversion or reduced risk. We prioritize workflows with fast, measurable payback first, so early wins fund the wider journey. Because we stay through adoption, we can show whether the AI actually changed the numbers, not just whether it was deployed.
How do you keep AI secure and compliant?
Security and governance are built in, not bolted on. As an ISO 27001 certified company we apply recognized information-security practices to how AI handles your data, with access control, safe integration and data protection by design. On top of that we add AI-specific governance, clear usage rules, human oversight and alignment with emerging standards like ISO 42001 and the EU AI Act, to prevent shadow AI, unsanctioned data use and compliance risk. Fast adoption and strong governance are designed to work together.
What makes an AI architecture future-proof?
Being able to change without starting over. Models and vendors are improving every few months, so we build model-agnostic, so you can switch or combine providers as the market moves, on a clean data foundation and infrastructure that scales with usage without the cost running away. The aim is simple: the best model today will not be the best one next year, and your architecture should make that a non-event rather than a rebuild.
How long does AI enablement take to show results?
The first assessment and a rapid pilot can show value in a matter of weeks, which is the whole point of starting with one measurable workflow. Broader adoption and the deeper gains, the ones that change process, cost and culture, build over the following months and quarters. We deliberately sequence quick wins first to create momentum and fund the journey, then compound them. Anyone promising instant, company-wide transformation is selling a slide, not a result.
