Web Analyst

As a Web Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing the performance and digital presence of our clients’ websites and e-commerce solutions. Your analytical skills will be essential for measuring and optimizing various aspects of online platforms. Your role will directly influence our clients’ strategic decisions and digital journey.
Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in Martech, Digital or Web Analytics.
- Degree in Business Studies, Management, Mathematics or Statistics, Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis, validation and visualization techniques.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics 4 and GTM.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio and Power BI.
- Understanding of business objectives, providing data-driven consultancy to our clients.
- Ability to formulate hypotheses to optimize business KPIs and collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine data collection requirements.
- Ability to improve data transparency and accessibility, allowing products to be adapted quickly to meet customer needs and requirements.
- Knowledge of customer journey optimization, funnel/conversion optimization, e-commerce and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude, with the ability to collaborate with the rest of the data team to collectively improve the analytics area.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of SQL and Google BigQuery
- Knowledge of Python or Javascript programming languages for data processing and visualization.
