We are looking for a Claude Specialist to join our Process Automation team and help shape how Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant, is embedded across our internal operations and client solutions. This role sits at the intersection of AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and process automation, and is ideal for someone in the early stages of their AI career who is ready to go deep on Claude as a core working tool.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Claude across Projects and Cowork environments, a solid grasp of Claude’s architecture and capabilities, and is fluent in at least one AI orchestration platform such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or Lovable. You will turn business needs into AI-driven workflows that combine the right model, the right context, and the right human checkpoints, and help our teams and clients extract measurable value from Claude in their day-to-day.
You will work side by side with our Process Automation, AI, and Tech squads to design, build, document, and iterate on Claude-powered solutions across marketing, operations, and product use cases.
What you will actually do
- Claude-Powered WorkflowsDesign and implement workflows where Claude acts as the core reasoning layer, connected to business systems through orchestration platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Lovable, or equivalents).
- Prompt & Context EngineeringCraft, test, and version prompts, system instructions, and Claude Projects/Skills to maximise quality, consistency, and cost-efficiency.
- Claude ArchitectureApply working knowledge of Claude’s capabilities (Projects, Artifacts, Skills, sub-agents, MCP connectors, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and the Claude API) to choose the right setup for each use case.
- IntegrationConnect Claude to external tools and data sources via APIs, Webhooks, MCP servers, and native connectors, ensuring reliable input/output handling.
- Human-in-the-LoopEmbed review and validation steps in AI workflows so quality, accuracy, and accountability stay under control.
- Documentation & EnablementDocument prompts, flows, and patterns clearly so other Pirates can reuse, adapt, and scale them.
- Iteration & OptimisationMonitor what is running in production, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve reliability and outcomes.
Technical & platform skills
- Experience
- Around 1 year of hands-on experience with AI tools, including roughly 6 months working specifically with Claude.
- Claude in practice
- Practical experience building Claude Projects and operating in Claude Cowork-style collaborative environments.
- Claude architecture
- Working knowledge of Claude’s architecture and core features (Projects, Artifacts, Skills, MCP, Claude API).
- Orchestration
- Comfort with at least one orchestration platform: Make, Zapier, n8n, Lovable, or equivalents.
- APIs
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and basic API authentication (API keys, OAuth2).
- Prompt engineering
- Solid prompt engineering instincts and the ability to break down a fuzzy business request into a structured AI workflow.
- English & documentation
- Good written English and the discipline to document what you build.

- Experience with other LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral) and the ability to compare trade-offs.
- Basic Python or JavaScript for light scripting around AI workflows.
- Familiarity with vector stores or retrieval setups (RAG) connected to Claude.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or other agentic coding tools.
- Prior exposure to MarTech, digital operations, or client-facing agency environments.
