In short

The best of AI, plus the one thing it cannot do.

An AI factory for the speed and volume, a human team for the taste and the final call, wired together in one place. Your data stays inside one boundary the whole time.

The machines bring speed and volume. The people bring taste, an editorial point of view and the final call. Together they make distinctive work that performs, not more of the same.

Why this exists

Two ways to get AI creative wrong. We refuse both.

The pure-AI trap

Volume without a point of view

Hand everything to the models and you get fast, cheap, and forgettable. The same brief on the same models gives everyone the same look, brand codes wash out, and bias creeps in from the training data. Peer-reviewed studies now measure both the homogenization and the skew. The work ships, and it disappears.

The pure-craft trap

Taste that cannot keep pace

A great human team that ignores AI cannot feed always-on media, endless testing and every market and format. Cost and time kill good ideas before they run. Being slow is its own kind of failure when the media plan needs fresh creative every week.

Our answer is not a compromise between the two. It is a factory for the volume and a creative team for the judgement, wired together so neither one waits on the other.

Performance and fairness

Push performance up, push bias down.

Two things decide whether AI creative is worth running: does it perform, and is it fair. Our proprietary tools work on both. Wandrome reads creative intelligence to lift performance, and our bias controls steer the demographic distribution of generated people toward balanced, brief-appropriate representation.

Independent studies have measured real skew in the major image models: in a 2024 analysis, Black individuals appeared in as few as 2 to 9 percent of occupational portraits across the leading tools. We reduce that skew probabilistically, at inference time, across a batch of generations. It lowers expected bias across the volume of work rather than guaranteeing any single image. A human always reviews before anything ships.

  • Wandrome lifts creative performance from real signal, not guesswork.
  • Bias controls rebalance representation across a batch, in expectation.
  • Human review stays on every set. The tools assist the call, they do not make it.

Human creativity

The average is free. Distinctiveness is not.

Why AI drifts to the average

Generative models are consensus engines. They are brilliant at the most probable next thing, which is exactly why the internet is filling with work that all looks the same. Roughly eight in ten organizations that use generative AI now use it for creative work (Gartner, 2024), all drawing from the same wells, so when everyone prompts the same models on the same data the output regresses to the mean.

Where the human wins

Our creative team starts from a human idea and your distinctive brand codes, uses the factory to produce and iterate at volume, then curates with intent for the one thing the average cannot make. Nielsen puts creative quality at close to half of a campaign's sales impact, and Cannes and WARC keep confirming that distinctiveness, emotion and brand codes are what still move people and survive machine ranking.

The factory does not replace our creatives. It turns every one of them into a full team., handing them the volume and the reach, and giving them the time to make the calls that decide whether the work is any good.

  • Idea first. No model rescues work that had nothing to say.
  • Brand codes on purpose, so the work is recognisably yours, not the average.
  • Curation is the craft. The AI handles the volume, people decide what ships.

AI meets real capture

The factory is only half the loop. The other half is a real studio.

The best work is rarely pure AI. It blends synthetic generation with real footage, real faces and real sound. That is why the factory runs next to Wise Studio, our in-house physical production arm.

In-house sets

Dedicated stages

Physical sets and field-ready units for real capture, so a shoot and the models feed each other in one loop instead of being handed between vendors.

Full craft

Video, photo, audio

Production-grade capture and finishing, including the sound design audiences never forgive when it is wrong.

Owned formats

Podcasts & on-location

From studio podcasts to events and in-company shoots, real assets the AI factory then multiplies into every cut and channel.

Proprietary tools

Our own layer on top of the best of AI.

Creative intelligence

Wandrome

Reads what actually works in creative and feeds it back into production, so variants are shaped by signal rather than opinion. Built to lift performance on the platforms where the media runs.

Fairness

Bias controls

Inference-time steering that rebalances the demographic distribution of generated people across a batch. Reduces expected bias probabilistically, with a human reviewing every set.

Orchestration

One secure layer

More than thirty frontier models behind a single boundary. Best model per task, no data gravitating between disconnected tools, model-agnostic as the field moves.

Connected

Feed'em & WiseGEO

Our wider proprietary stack plugs in, from product feeds to answer-engine visibility, so creative is produced against real commerce and discovery, not in isolation.

These are ours. They are not a rented tech stack. They are easy to plug into an existing creative or media relationship, with no licences for you to manage and nothing to rip out later.

How it works

Human at the start. Human at the finish. Machines in between.

One loop, fast enough to feed always-on media, with the split stated plainly at every step.

01

Idea and brand codes

People set the concept, the distinctive assets and the point of view. This is the part no model can do, so it comes first.

02

Generate at volume

The factory produces and iterates across the best models for each task: concepts, static, video, social cutdowns, resizes and localized cuts, inside one secure boundary.

03

Curate and de-bias

Wandrome and the bias controls raise performance and rebalance representation. Then people curate with intent and cut the sameness. This is where the work is won.

04

Test and re-cut

Assets go into real media, results come back, and winners are re-cut. Alongside Wise Studio and our performance teams, creative is made against outcomes, not in a vacuum.

The human-in-the-loop here is not ad hoc. The review, approval and sign-off run on the same governance discipline as our Wise Agentic Helm and Agentic Security frameworks, so a person owns the final call, every time.

The honest comparison

A stack of AI tools, or one team that owns the result.

Most brands end up renting five or six disconnected AI products and wiring them together themselves. Here is what that costs, and what one engine plus a human team does instead.

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

Is this just another AI content tool?
No. A tool gives you a subscription and leaves the prompting entirely to you. This is a creative team and a secure production engine working together. The engine gives us access to more than thirty frontier models through one layer, so we always use the best model for each task. The team decides what to make, curates what comes out, and owns the result. You get the speed of AI and the judgement of people who have shipped creative for hundreds of brands.
How do you avoid the 'same-same' look that AI content is known for?
The models are trained on the same public data, so when everyone prompts them the same way the output drifts to the average. We start from a human idea and a brand's distinctive codes, use the models to produce and iterate at volume, then curate with intent. The AI handles the volume. People decide what is actually distinctive enough to run. Nielsen research puts creative quality at close to half of a campaign's sales impact, so the curation step is where the performance is won.
What does 'reducing bias probabilistically' actually mean?
Generative image models output a probability distribution over things like gender and ethnicity, and left alone they inherit the skew in their training data. Independent studies have measured this. We use inference-time methods that steer that distribution toward balanced, brief-appropriate representation across a batch of generations. It lowers expected bias across the volume of work, not on any single guaranteed image, and a human still reviews. It is a control, not a magic switch.
You mention 30+ models. Which ones, and why so many?
The AI landscape evolves constantly, so we stay model-agnostic on purpose. It spans the main language models like Gemini, Claude and GPT, image models like Midjourney, FLUX and Ideogram, and video models like Veo, Sora, Kling and Runway, among others. No single model is best at everything. One is better at typography, another at motion with synced audio, another at reasoning through a concept. Routing the right model to each task beats being locked into one tool that is average at most of them.
How is our data kept secure?
This is the difference between one orchestration layer and a stack of disconnected tools. In a fragmented setup your brand and first-party data ends up copied into every product you paste it into, and every one is a new place it can be exposed. We run generation through one controlled layer, so your data is not scattered across a dozen public products, and we do not let it be used to train public models. For sensitive work we self-host open-weight models on our own compute, so your data never leaves for a public API at all. That is also the direction data-protection and AI-transparency rules in Europe are already moving in.
Where do humans fit, exactly?
People handle the tasks where machines fall short: the idea, the brand's distinctive assets, taste, and the final call on what ships. The factory handles what machines do best: volume, variation, resizing, localization and fast iteration. We are explicit about the split rather than adding 'humans still matter' as a footnote. When there is nothing worth saying, no model will save the work, so the thinking comes first.
Can you plug into our existing brand and creative guidelines?
Yes. We work from your brand codes, tone and past winners, and we can fold this into an existing creative or media relationship. It sits alongside Wise Studio for physical production and our performance teams, so the same assets can be produced, tested and re-cut against real media results rather than made in a vacuum.
How fast is it, and what does it cost?
Fast enough to keep up with always-on media and testing, and priced to be competitive with running the models yourself once you add up the subscriptions, the tooling and the time. We scope it per engagement because volume, languages and formats vary a lot. The honest answer is that the speed only matters because a human is deciding what is worth producing in the first place.
Where do these numbers come from?
We would rather show our sources than round up. Creative driving close to half of a campaign's sales impact is from Nielsen and NCSolutions analysis of advertising effectiveness (2023). Roughly eight in ten generative-AI adopters using it for creative is from Gartner (2024). The image-model bias figures are from an independent 2024 analysis of the leading image models. The 30+ models, 500+ brands and 100+ certifications describe Wise Pirates and the platform. The NPS and satisfaction figures come from our own client-satisfaction survey. The top 10 performance-agency line in Europe is a Martech Outlook nomination. Client campaign results are being cleared for publication and will be added here as named cases.
